Samsung Galaxy M53 vs Galaxy M52
Considering the leaked specifications are indeed true, the Samsung Galaxy M53 brings quite a few noteworthy upgrades over the Galaxy M52. Firstly, the camera is bumped from a 64MP unit to a large 108MP sensor. The chipset is now MediaTek Dimensity 900 instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G. The upcoming phone will also run on the latest Android 12 based OneUI 4.1 custom skin out of the box.
However, there are some downgrades as well. The secondary 12MP Ultra-wide-angle lens on the Galaxy M52 is now stripped to an 8MP unit on the Galaxy M53. The dual 5MP sensors are also replaced with 2MP macro and depth lenses. The rest of the specifications, however, remain fairly similar to the predecessor.
